To enhance cooling and reduce weight, the barrel comes SDM fluted, increasing surface area for improved heat dissipation while maintaining structural integrity.

Great Service, Great Barrel
This is my 2nd Craddock precision barrel. This one was interesting. It started off not so good as the shoulder was not cut far enough back and I was getting too many turns on my FOR Systems MK12 suppressor. I contacted Paul and Ethan. They were responsive immediately. I sent the barrel back at their request. They cut the shoulder back perfectly, timed my Otter Creek Labs Brake, and now I get 10 turns to the shoulder. On top of this service, I went out today and put the first 30 rounds down it. Shots 26-30 were a sub MOA group. Incredible stuff. I can't thank Paul and Ethan enough. If you're on the fence, hop over and buy one. You won't be disappointed.
