Built from 4150 Chromoly and finished in nitride, the 15.1" Modern Recce was designed to run hard and hold up to real use — not just look good on a rifle.
Developed in collaboration with Allen Engineering, this barrel is tuned for smooth cycling, balanced recoil impulse, and consistent accuracy in a hard-working Recce setup.
The tapered gas block journal at the end of a KAC RAS Long Rail features an integrated suppressor taper, optimized for AEM5 and Type A mounts.
SDM fluting reduces weight while maintaining rigidity and improving heat dissipation — giving you durability without unnecessary bulk.
Every barrel is hand-lapped, stress-relieved, and machined from in-house blanks to exacting tolerances.
